High Protein Key Lime Pudding Pot

this is A gut healthy, high protein, low sugar Key Lime Pudding Pot. Not only is it good for you but it tastes so damn good.

Bloomed gelatine

1 1/2 TBSP water

1 tsp gelatine powder

pudding

1 C full fat cottage cheese

Zest & juice of 1 small lime

1 scoop Biohm Super Greens

2 TBSP coconut yogurt

Crumbled graham cracker/ digestive biscuit

Flakey salt


To bloom the gelatine, add the water to a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatine powder on top, whisk with a fork and let it stand for a couple minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Add the cottage cheese, lime zest and juice, Biohm Super Greens powder, followed by the bloomed gelatine to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into a cup or a small jar, add a couple tablespoons of coconut yogurt on top and smooth over. crumble some graham crackers or a digestive biscuit to finish with flakey salt. Set in the fridge for 2-4 hours and enjoy!
